You might be having cervical spondylosis , if you are viewing too much of mobile keep your neck straight avoid bending forward,

Neck pain might be because kf cervical radiculopathy. Avoid taking pilkow while sleeping and do physiotherapy of neck. Correct your posture while working and sitting. Onky physiotherapy will help you

At your age having chronic neck pain needs to be evaluated promptly. Likely by x Ray or preferably by MRI.
