I've been through a depressive phase for about year but didn't consult a doctor. On sharing my experience I was told by teachers that I could have had hormonal imbalances which I agreed to as I was facing problems of hair thinning and big gaps in menstrual cycles. Though I felt like I overcame my depression but still there exists a feeling of mental exhaustion. I'm not able to concentrate at my studies at all. I also can't sleep till 1 or 2 at night and feel tired at daytime. Pls help. Could u pls examine the exact situation?
