Since she is old lady and Diabetic, some sort of cardiac problem is understable. Also Parkinson's is a disease of the old. I would advise not to go for surgery until surgery is the only choice left. Get her Diabetes and Neuropathy checked .
All you need a good Diabetologist, he will do the rest.
