If it is related to moving or folding of legs, then cause is not any deficiency of Vitamin but a physical irritation of the nerve roots from spinal cord or the sciatic nerve itself during its course down in the thigh and leg. Your investigation reports of X ray spine or MRI Done should be posted to see that. Dont bend forwards, avoud weight lifting, do back bending (extension exercises). Can consult in detail on Practo.
