I am having tough time coping with my emotions. I find it hard at times to cope with loneliness. I feel bad to not being able to concentrate effectively on other important aspects of life to see growth in life. It's like I am stuck on life not able to guide myself effectively like before.

There is voice inside the head that keeps saying something or other . Acknowledge & accept that it is jus one of the thousand thoughts that run in ur head. Don't give significance to it and do what u want to . Accept that u feel sad and keep doing ur physical activity , work etc.
