I'm feeling low and cannot deal with the past experiences. I'm constantly blaming everyone around me fir everything. I'm irritated, annoyed. Had a lot of breakdowns previously. Still have them. I need to focus on myself and good things around me. I don't know if this gonna help but I want to try something. I've tried many things before on my own including alcohol and smoking. Its not helping. I want to consult someone. Thanks:)
