Dear Sir/Madam
I feel quite often irritated,Anxiety, i plan for something but i never execute it and i try to run away from the situation.
I feel bored so frequently.
I always try to quit and be idle doing nothing.
My Anxiety and stress levels will be high with out doing nothing.
I feel more about what others might think about me.
I feel the whole world is watching my moves.
Please suggest to over come these feelings and to be productive and successful in life

Dont ran away from any situation. U cant.Face it and fight with it.
U have anxiety and over mental stress.To deal with it u must consult a psychologist and go for counselling sessions. It is the best option which also help u to succeed in life.
