Feeling insecure
My sister has complicated her marital relationship with some self created problems. Husband working as a health asst in a PHC on contract basis. She pursued her PG and B Ed. Underwent for coaching also in pursuit of a teaching profession but in vain. Initially they were with his parents, now separately living. But due to his untoward behaviour as well as her inability to be matured enough to handle the situation, things got worsen. To add to the things, their marital relations also deteriorated now even even after 7 years, they have no children. So, I would like to know whether she could be motivated enough on the following. 1. Realise that her is problem is common to many in the society but most of them stay happy living 2. Make her potentially self sustaining by earning livelihood on her own with herstudies 3. To educate her to move socially with others and be kind 4. To elucidate her problem to dear ones before she herself takes hasty decisions

We really don't know the problem and so can not comment on your first point. Second point to certain extend depends upon decision about marriage, She is probably yet to decide and plan for future though it appears to be a good option. Third point is ok to me. Fourth is important point as she appears to be not very mature and Needs assistance in decision making. I strongly recommend for life skills training.
Next Steps
Consult family member to resolve her problem.
