Hi It is important to know how long has it been since you have fear of fall. The term for fear of falling is called Basophobia. Individuals with Basophobia experience a lot of anxiety. It is important to know how severe is your fear. If you have symptoms such as nausea, irregular heartbeat and if your breathing is irregular consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis. It is important know if you have experienced a fall that is traumatic. It is also important to know if there is family history of fear of falling.
