Need to know your diet and lifestyle. Start your day with warm water,lemon,honey or cinnamon,ginger tea depending on your body type. Excercise for atleast 20-30 minutes and then start your day. Ayurveda has good herbs like brahmi and Ashwgandha which act as brain stimulant.

Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach. Drink at least 2 ltrs water per day. Avoid junk food. Eat healthy food in proper time. Do urine and  toilet when you feel urge. Don't control it. By following these healthy habits you feel light.
