Feeling feverish and irritated
I'm feeling feverish all the time and my body temperature rises in evening for 2-3 hours , i get angry easily, my b12 levels were low 140 after that i started taking medicine and injection from last 10 days, my back palm feet gets warm. I was anxious for last 20 days i lost my weight around 300-400grams in last one month. My mother is HIV positive from 22 years. I'm 23 , done HIV test several times all were negative. I don't have any other symptoms expect a bit tiredness and i feel feverish or its low grade fever.
