Hello,
There can be multiple reasons for that. A detailed assessment will help in knowing the reason behind it. Meanwhile maintain sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise.

In demyelinating neuropathy symptoms persist most of the time and worsens sometimes with variation in temperature. In anxiey these symptoms usually appears when we feel worried .
I would like to suggest you to try T. Clonotril 0.25mg for 1 week if your symptoms disappears then we will fix the plan.
