Feeling Electric shok in Body
My Age is 33 year I m facing this problem from last few years I cant sleep at night sometimes i cant sleep whole night and I often feeling like Electric shock in My body.Please tell me tha causes and reasons.

Hello, There can be multiple reasons for that. A detailed assessment will help in knowing the reason behind it. Meanwhile maintain sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise.

Hi Mam Thanks for sharing this issues. Definitely we will help you.  Feeling electric shock sometimes may be a phenomenal of multiple sclerosis , demyelinating disease to anxiety . In demyelinating neuropathy symptoms persist most of the time and worsens sometimes with variation in temperature. In anxiey these symptoms usually appears when we feel worried . I would like to suggest you to try T. Clonotril 0.25mg for 1 week if your symptoms disappears then we will fix the plan.

Not getting sleep could be due to various reasons... 1. Some Anxiety 2. Unhappiness 3. Tensions As you mentioned, if it is continuing for many months like this, I suggest you to consult a psychologist either online or offline to understand and to overcome this issue..
