Breakdowns in which I cry so much without having a direct reason. All I know is I am sad, and will start thinking of everything that makes/made me sad. Even from the smallest thing to important matters, I overthink and I end up crying even harder. I feel really down that sometimes I am starting to hurt myself physically and having thoughts of suicide. I really don't know why i'm being like this. I am also socially anxious and I overthink everything. I had breakdown and is still crying right now.
