Feeling dizzy,feeling of faint headpain
Male 38. I faced a car accident exactly 3 years a go
There was a hit in my head & was not conscious for about 2 hours. Immediately after 3 days, I have developed depression/anxiety. I tried some depression medications. Now I am taking sertraline 100/for the last 1.5 years. Currently the headache, anxiety, depression & panics are significantly decreased. I have diagnosed brain MRI 2 times and it was good and nothing wrong found.
What can I conclude about my case?

don't worry it will go away with time
till then please continue medicines
