Feeling Depressed
I'm 25, male, have no known allergies. I've been depressed from past few months. As a result, I'm unable to focus on studies and don't sleep easily during night. Don't feel motivated to work for my goals. I got to know I need to increase Dopamine in my body. Could you please prescribe any supplements for it? (Like Tyrosine, and how much should I consume). Thank you! : )
