I am a 27 YO software engineer working in a good firm with a decent salary.I have been going through a lot of issues in my personal life due to which i feel constantly depressed and worn out the entire day. I am a fitness freak but lately I don't feel like going to gym, eating proper meals and socialising with best of the friends. I avoid social gathering and outdoors. I tried engaging myself in couple of activities but every single morning i don't feel like getting up from my bed and i have to force myself to come to work daily. I find no meaning to life and want to get out of this dull, boring routine. I am mostly never too passionate about anything in life. I feel like I am just living for my parents and there are no hopes, what so ever, as far as my future is concerned. I am not sure whether I am just getting too worried or I am really going through any mental issue. I thought of visiting a doc, but tossed the idea. What should I be doing ?
