Feeling bored all time
I don't see any interest in my life. All the days are boring. I don't have reason to do anything. Can anyone suggest me a simple tablet that activates the motivating juices (enzymes) in my body to keep myself moving happily...

Hello practo user I can understand your concern regarding your situation at the present . Not being motivated , losing interest in activities and feeling boredom more often can all be indicative of some underlying negative issue which isn't getting resolved in a healthy manner . Try and talking to your close friends and family members and try and engage in activities with them to keep yourself occupied. Try and go for regular exercise as it helps you feel better overall . Practicing deep breathing and yoga can help with the thought process . Maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle habits . Enrol yourself in some hobby class which you always wanted to try . Avoid isolating yourself from social interactions . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through which you can learn positive and healthy coping skills and strategies.
