Feeling angry all the time
Helo doc.. its been 4.5 months since my normal delivery. M not breastfeeding my child and never did due to breast infection from starting. My problem is I just get angry on small small things m noticing these days.. my temper is always high.. why is this happening?? I feel really guilty after replying anyone in anger.

No problem That might due to hormonal changes Make life style modification Try to express more communicate more ,have good sleep - lack of sleep is also one of the reason. If not settled get a consultation done

Don't worry dear... sometime it can happen post delivery due to lot of changes in life style, u can take counseling n talk to ur gynecologist
