Feeling a lump in my testicles
From the last 1 month I feel a small lump near my right side testicle and now it feel like growing and I feel slight pain when I drive bike and some obstacles come like breaker or broken road..etc.
I want to know what test I should go for so that I have an idea what exactly it is, a stone or just lump harmful not harmful or can it be treated with medicines or required surgery. Surgery is the last option I want to go for.
Please help me. Guide me

There are multiple reasons for the lump ranging from infection, fat lump to a tumour. Get a USG Doppler of ur scrotum first.
