Feel uneasy at heart
I feel like fullness in heart for 2-3 second then it happens again 1 minutes . I can't explain it but it is like when we come down from a ferris wheel. this makes me feel uneasy . yesterday it happened for 1 hour. It's a periodical thing. What is this .

Hello there..... I went through your query.....
It could be due to anxiety you are experiencing these symptoms..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.....
Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Consult Physician if symptoms persists....
