When I wake-up in the morning,I feel tired and lethargic.I don't want to get up from bed,what foods should I eat to be become active?

Check your Haemoglobin levels And take balance diet and do some exercise on regular basis so you will get ebough energy Avoid junck food

There are numerous reasons for fatigue / lethargy. Few of them are as follows - Dehydration - Poor nutrition : Low protein intake, low vitamin B12 or/ and vitamin D3, low iron stores, low folic acid etc - Allergy - Sleep apnea - Prediabetes / diabetes - Underactive thyroid - Other endocrine disorders - Chronic infections - Autoimmune disorder - Anxiety Now for each cause the symptoms are different.

- Ensure you get 8 hours of sleep daily - Start drinking more water - Eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables - Add protein to your diet (eg Dals, pulses, milk and its products, non veg etc)
