Feeding issue
My baby is 4months 18days old..he is taking both expressed and breastfeeding at same time..since the letdown of one breast is heavy doctor advised for expressed milk from that breast rigjt from the start..now for the past two days my baby not drinking milk sufficiently..he is currently 5300 gms..now every two hour he is taking only 50ml of milk..then he starts refusing and crying..while crying he passes gas a lot.. is it bcz of gas he is not taking enough milk? His stomach seems full all the time..am so tensed since here weather is too hot close to 40degree..he had a dyhydration problem last month due to reduced urine output..now also his urine output is coming down

Not taking feeds is usually due to gases. Give colic drops. What was the birth weight? Although current weight is a little low, that is not the only criteria for poor growth. What is the height? Please visit a pediatrician. No need to worry just now
