Feeding breast milk
I hav delivered a baby girl on dec 4th 2015... i am unable not getting sufficient milk to feed her.. My baby doesnt evn lik drinking powdered milk.. Can u please giv me a solution for dis... I even wanna ask u to help me for reducing my stomach as aftr delivery i got my stomach loose...

Dear patient, More you feed your baby more the milk is formed and vice versa. So continue breast feeding the baby. There are medications available to increase breast milk synthesis for which you can consult your gynecologist. As abdomen muscles become lax during pregnancy you have to exercise to tone them.
