Feeding and lactation
4 months baby girl. I need help with changing the babies feeding position from lying down to sitting, as because of the lying habit developed, my sister is unable to feed if they go out of their house. Also , her baby refuses breast milk while awake and gets cranky if the latch time is late. My sister lives in Germany and doesn't have any support or quick access to a consultation. Any help and suggestions will be helpful. Thank you doctors.

When outside the mother can pump the breast milk and store it in a bottle or container as it may be cumbersome to breast feed outside . By 4 months of age the babies can have increased time intervals between feeding
