Dear parents,         Your child is 4months old. I suggest for your kid following schedule,         You should know. 100ml milk gives 70 calories of energy. 100gm food gives 350 calories of energy. 100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy. As soon as your child complete 5months, stop breast feeding for 4hrs in day time & start giving semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi idle, poha etc, initially almost liquid diet like Dal water, raab, liquid khichdi etc for 15days, than increase this time to 8hours & when completing 6months, stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet as above & mother's milk from 8pm to 8am., If mother's milk is available why to give other milk. Its recommended, mother's milk for at least two years
