Fear of insertion
Hello, I have a fear of insertion while having sex and it's very dominant. I'm not allowing my partner to perform the action. My thigh muscles becomes very tight and makes sex uncomfortable. How to overcome this fear and have been trying for baby for 2.5 years. I also have pcod and I'm slowly reversing it as my periods is regular for past 6 months. Can anyone help or guide on this issue.

This condition is called vaginismus. U need relaxation exercises, foreplay, gentle touching by the partner, proper lubrication etc for the intercourse to be less hurtful

No advice can be given by long distance discussions.  It is better that you and your husband should consult with a Gynecologist in his clinic.  He can give a short lesson on female anatomy and try to convince you that you are normal like everyone else.  Ultimately it is you who has to accept that you are normal.  You can clarify your doubts as and when you face them. No role for tele-consultation.
