Fear of getting ill
Hello I am 35 year old till the corona has started or I start WFM daily I have some health issue like gas acidity leg pain back pain cervical... these issues create fear in me that I am getting ill... every another week I visit doctor that I am having this issue i checked symptoms in google and matched with my symptoms I always worried ki kahi mujhe yh toh nahi ho gya woh toh nahi ho gya...what to do all time in my mind keep running these thoughts of getting ill... please help

You probably having health anxiety It must be creating a lot of stress for you Take some counseling and therapy you will feel better Dont believe all your thoughts or take impulsive actions We need to put rationality in irrational thoughts Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best

Hello there..Covid has hit every other person in some way or other.Fear of getting any illness is one of it’s repercussions.Talk to a Therapist,it will certainly give you clarity among your thoughts and emotions.The pain that you are mentioning is psycho somatic and could be because of the fear generated due to unforeseen circumstances.Seek professional help and connect with a Counseling Psychologist .Good luck and take Care
