Fear of a heart attack
Hello i feel like my time is running out, last year on june i was diagnosed with testicular cancer and i recently finished chemotherapy treatment and as well had the last of the cancer remove from my lymph nodes, and im also a meth addict, i kept using meth during my chemo and was told not to smoke at all because its damage my lungs, and i continue to use even now and i fear i might die from a heart attack and im too addicted to get help but i fear for my life, i get panic attacks please help..

You have to come out of your addiction as it is detrimental to your health and future. Seek a good psyciatrist specialised in de addiction of substance abuse. Testicular cancer has good prognosis if treatment is taken properly .

Testicular cancer is a curable cancer even in advanced stages...so believe in treatment and in yourself... complete the treatment as adviced by your primary physician... u can take help of a psychiatrist for panic attack and addiction..
