To reduce calories, you might consider trying intermittent fasting or the OMAD (One Meal a Day) diet. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Increase the fiber intake in your diet. Drinking black coffee has shown promising results for managing fatty liver. Additionally, it's a good idea to check your thyroid levels and lipid levels.

A fatty liver home diet focuses on whole, nutrient-dense foods like lean proteins, whole grains, and a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, while limiting or avoiding processed and high-calorie foods, sugary drinks, saturated fats, and foods high in salt and added sugars, and incorporating healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil, as well as antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables to help reduce liver inflammation and promote overall health.
