In winter's i suffered with fatty lever issue
My Life style is bit lazy
Now i m doing regular walk in morning around problem half and hour & 10-20 min walk in evening in my office.
I reduced my diet too (taking 2-3 chapattis in morning and 2-3 chapattis in dinner.)
And avoiding oily and fast food as much as i can, reducing
sugar intake too
What can i do more to treat this problem.
I did my sgpt sgot test too which is higher in numbers (which i forgot but thats high)
