Fatty Liver
Hi, I was diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver around 3 and half months back with moderate hepatomegaly and both my ALT & AST were around 100.The Gastro suggested Bilypsa for 3 months along with evion 400. I also controlled my diet and started walking everyday and lost around 8 KGs. I have attached my current reports which says that fatty liver is reduced to grade 1 with no hepatomegaly and AST is 36 while ALT is 30.
The doctor is suggesting to have bilypsa for another 5 months.
What should I do? Continue with medicines or return to normal?

Yes you can continue for next 3 month and if lft still normal you can stop after asking your doc
