Fatty Liver Grade 2
I did a health check blood test. The report shows that I have vitamin-D deficiency. The vitamin d value is 8.32. Also, the report shows out of range value for the below test. GGT - 151.4, SGOT - 231.2 & SGPT -193.6. I shown the report to a doctor and he said the value is showing very high and asked me to do an HBsAg test and the result came as Nonreactive[0.24]. He also advised to go for an Abdomen scan, in which almost every thing is showing normal but it shows Fatty Liver Grade-2. My doctor advised me to stop non veg completely and advised to leave alcohol (am not an alcoholic, I use to have have 2 to 3 pegs weekly twice). Is this the correct remedy for this? He said medicines are not required for now. After the diet control for one month we will go for the test again and see. Am a hard core non vegetarian, just wanted to know if I need to stop non veg completely or is there anyway I can eat eggs, Non fatty items like Fish etc... Thank you!
