Fatty liver grade 2 and gallstones

I have recently diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2 and gallstones size 10mm and 12mm each what should I do. Can I take udiliv medicine is it safe can I remove gallbladder or any other option is available

Udlive is not helpful for large Gallstone. Kindly go for laproscopic cholecystectomy.

Good afternoon, I am Krishna and I am a UK trained Gastro Intestinal and Bariatric Surgeon practicing in Hyderabad and Bangalore and currently in UK. I completely agree with Dr.Aggarwal above. Udiliv is OK for small stones but for anything larger than 1cms it's ineffective. If you had Ultrasound scan because you had pain and discomfort then would advice surgery which is done laparoscopic as day case procedure. However if its an incidental finding you can leave them alone. You can always consider aurgey at later date. Hope this helps Best wishes
