I have been suffering from senseless feeling at just below of my right chest ( start of belly) since a year. Latrin is Ok. No gastric issue. No acidity issue. But I feel very uncomfortable after meal, it feel like my whole meal become store at the upper portion of my belly. My food habit is very oily and rich food. Less green veggy, less fruit habit.
Recently, I have done USG and this shows I have a fatty lever.
What to do for my cure?
