I would advise you to do a liver function test to know if there's any alteration with the function of the liver, as for the polycystic ovarian syndrome seen I would advise you to follow up with the gynecologist so that she can be examined and based on the extent of the symptoms medications can be started. These following steps may help with the PCOS:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly(30-45mins per day, maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
