Fatigue and tiredness
From last week experiencing fatigue and tiredness, anger is on high peak. While standing and getting up from bed i feel started fainting . Cant even sleep properly.

Hi. Usually when such symptoms start suddenly, there is always a triggering factor. And unless that factor is addressed and brought out during detailed evaluation, no amount of medication or treatment can help. I'm glad you've taken the first step.
