Hello.. Well we need to know if you are suffering from fever too..And secondly we need to know the cause of it and start treatment for it...It's would have been better if you would have shared photos ..And we also need to know cause of fatigue..It might be viral fever, anemia...So Please meet a physician.. Thank you
