Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every case.In addition to this, a detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every case to come for a diagnosis and management accordingly. You have to understand the anatomy and physiology of the male… ie There is a need for you to understand and educated about Sex. Hope you understand that there is a male hormone Testosterone which becomes active during the puberty leading to the changes in the body like change in the voice, increase in muscle mass, development of male genital. Enlargement of penis and testis. Erections and ejaculation. Some boys tend to go for masturbation and other gets Nocturnal emissions ( Swapan dosh) .. which is not a “dosh” but a natural phenomenon telling boys that they are now becoming men. But society and culture tells if “ you lose semen you will become weak”. , so because of Mind Body connection, Guys start feeling “fatigued “ and weak.
Next Steps
In fact you don’t need medications but sex education.
