Fatigue after choking
My son had a major choking episode 2 days ago took about 30-40 seconds to bring it up and he was floppy and had blue lips, he recovered quickly but for the last 2 days he is very lethargic and sleepy.

Take him to doctor. Need to ascertain that this was not a seizure.
If this was an isolated episode and he seems to be completely normal then nothing needs to be done. But you are mentioning that he is sleepy and lethargic. So may need further evaluation
