Baby choking while bottle feeding
My baby is 1 year old... From last 15 days I have noticed she chokes once while bottle feeding... It was not happening before ..she was taking milk from bottle normally... I dnt know what has happened from these 15 20 days that she chokes atleast once during every bottlefeed... This does not happen while breastfeeding. ...please help me docs...is it cause of concern...I am so much worried...what should be my further course of action...

Hi this is doctor responding, please don't worry as this is small problem, whenever you fill the bottle invert and see if drop by drop are falling if yes the hole in the nipple is sufficient.    If milk coming in continuous thread like it's hole size is increased over time and child is unable to clear milk in throat before its coming.   Hope this helps.  C
