Fat on Stomach
I am pure veg,90% home food lover. Loves fruits and salad but I have fat on my tummy and now size is 39" Don't know what going wrong but I need to know what should be deight I want to decrease my fat on tummy in next 15 days

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

To reduce the belly fat start with a fibre rich and protein rich diet .Avoid all outside foods, processed and junk foods.Avoid all types of sweets and fried foods. Do abdominal exercises like sit-ups,crunches,leg raises to help you tone your tummy. Take proper sleep of atleast 8 hours.In office also,u need to be physically active all day by not sitting in one place for more than an hour.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For reducing belly fat u hv to apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part so that fat can be removed from particular part of the body.

- add fibre in your diet - avoid sugar , fats, dry fruits -take more salad, vegetables, - water intake 15 to 16 glass - take regular meals or regular intervals - avoid binge eating
