Diet for pure veg in 5th month pregnancy
Hi doc presently in 5th month 18 weeks pregnant . My doc just gave Shelcal dexorange . We r pure vegetarians and am not feeling like to eat anything . Please suggest me some items which are gud to have without vomiting in pregnancy

Have more of liquids. But proper calories is mandatory.. Calcium is rich in makhana.
