  4. Fat in armpit. Will excercise help?

Fat in armpit
Excess fat in armpits. Otherwise normal. Cosmetic embarassment..will Excercise help? Do i need to take any other measures for the same. It has developed recently in past 2 yrs. My menses are normal. Not on any HRT. A little painful sometimes. Wht do i need to do to get those fat off my body. Please help.
