Fasting sugar
My hba1c has always ranged between 4.8 to 5.1 ( last tested in June).
Recently I have been under lot of stress and have been sleeping for just 5/6 hours
Randomly when I chked my fasting sugar it was 107 on one day, 117 on another and 94 on one day .
Post meal is between 100 to 125 ( sometimes 75 when I don't eat for few hours)
Is this diabetes? I have no history of diabetes in family
