Fasting sugar is more
On13/8/2020 after dinner I had 111 sugar levels..next day morning I have 131 mg/dl from left finger ring n 140ng/dl from right ring finger.as I m controlling diet after meals I have sugar levels within 140mg/dl but fasting I am unable to controll.please suggest me how to control it. During my pregnancy I had gestational diabetes.

Check your Hba1c.. It will help in deciding if you are in prediabetic range Check your weight.. Also check if carbohydrate content at dinner is more which is giving rise to fasting hyperglycemia
