I have recently measured my sugar fasting and got 128 as the result.Pp sugar result came to 239.I consume wallaphage Sr 500 twice after lunch and dinner.My age 47,female.Plz suggest .

you have to take better diabetic medications twice a day do exercise daily to reduce to spend calories and also diet control
