MY HBA1C MEASURED YESTERDAY IS 5.5 USUALLY MY FASTING SUGAR IS WITHIN 100 TODAY IT WAS 110 PLEASE ADVICE I TAKE EARLY DINNER BY 7PM  WITH  1 BESAN CHILLA MADE OF BESAN POWDER SUJI ATTA SALADS AFTER THAT I DONT EAT ANYTHING

Hba1c is absolutely normal.. Fbs less than 100 normal.today it was 110..but thereadungs in glucometer is slightly more than the lab values..so kindly consider this.. Also if in doubt Get fbs,ppbs done.. Nothing to worry at all Follow healthy diet and exercise

U are not diabetic. But if u will not take care tha  in future it might come. Kindly do regular exercise. Dnt eat sugar made products.

Need not worry much. On 2 occasions fbs should be more than 100. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day . Avoid rice during night.
