Fasting and Post lunch levels are higher

Asked for Male, 72 Years

When checked the fast and post lunch sugar levels are higher than normal 24th - 132(F) and 131(PL) 25th - 131(F) and 225(PL) 26th -127(F )and 157(PL) Do I need to take care any precautions
