Fasting 124 post lunch 206

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My Husband Blood sugar levels are Fasting 124 and Post lunch 206, and he is taking Glycomet SR 850 mg. Please let me know is this is good value and what diet to be taken to keep the sugars in normal.
