Fartty lever grade 1 ldl and trigl high
My ldl (154) and triclycerin (223) both high . doctor suggested cholstrol statin 10 mg tablet. After doing diet and excercise can i able to stop medication or difficult to stop?

Yes it's possible by diet and exercise. Please do follow diet and exercise regularly for 3 months. Repeat Lipid profile after 3 months .

If you can achieve control with diet and exercise, u can stop if ur levels comes under control of you are not having any other risk factors
